Hannah Kay is a Personal Trainer and Online Coach who challenges people to not only think about their physical fitness but their mental fitness with a view of improving fitness in its entirety.

Having always been active; training as a Professional Dancer and competing in Gymnastics and Athletics she knows what it takes to ‘get and stay fit and healthy’. Recently becoming a Mental Health and Exercise Coach has broadened her scope of practice and widened the lens on ‘fitness’ meaning we don’t follow such a tunnel visioned mindset of what we think ‘fitness’ is but how it can make us feel and improve our life in the long term.
