Terry is a professional and friendly network host who believes that the local business community can flourish when it works together.

Following 16 years in the steel stockholding industry in sales and marketing for various companies, Terry relocated from the Midlands to Yorkshire and took on a fresh career challenge as a sales manager running teams within a large CPP call centre. York has now become his home.

Moving on from CPP Terry worked at Your Local Link, speaking to a variety of local business owners and helping them to promote themselves through magazine, website and leaflet distribution.

It was during this time that he first spotted a gap in the market. In 2011, Terry took on the role of co-owning and running a successful network and marketing group, filling the gap that he had previously seen for low cost but efficient marketing. He is proud of his role in introducing many local businesses to 1000's of potential customers in and around York and the surrounding areas.

Fast forward to 2020 and the opportunity presented itself for a newly created one-stop-shop for networking and marketing across all sectors. As the co-owner of All1Network Terry is on a new and exciting journey, in providing the kind of invaluable support that will help you to grow your business, whether you are a sole trader or a large brand looking to make local contacts.

David spent seventeen years working within the Ministry of Defence as an analyst with the MOD police, followed by several years as a recruitment manager delivering their outreach program.

As cuts started to hit the MOD Police, David saw the need to create a more stable future and made the decision to start a MLM business. At this point he took his first steps into business networking.

“Having spent all my working life in the MOD, the route to starting up on my own was a challenging proposition. I had no links into the local business community.I was very aware of the benefits of networking through my roles at the Ministry of Defence, it was just a case of applying this to my new business activities.

Within a few years of joining a networking group in York I had grown my MLM business enough to allow me to take redundancy from the MOD. More importantly I had forged enough contacts and opportunities to set up my first limited company.

Nearly all my clients have come through networking. Over the years I have been a member of several networking organisations, helping to run and establish a number of groups.

I was excited about the chance to get involved with All1Network. The structure of the meetings is different to others that I have been in, and I receive just as much business as I give out. I look forward to helping the group grow and get even better, which in turn will mean greater exposure for me and success for all of our members.”
